Lisa R. Savage, LCSW, is a highly respected licensed clinical social worker and a passionate advocate for mental health and social justice. As the founder and CEO of the Center for Child Development and Delaware Center for Counseling & Wellness, Lisa has dedicated over 20 years to providing community-based services that support the emotional well-being of children and families. Through her leadership, her organizations have partnered with over 90 schools in Delaware to offer in-school mental health services, improving access to care for underserved communities.

Lisa’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is exemplified by her work with Clinicians of Color, where she fosters growth and representation in the mental health profession. As part of the National Alliance of Mental Health Providers (NAMHP) leadership team, Lisa continues to influence national conversations about equity in healthcare, advocating for accessible, high-quality mental health services for all.

Lisa’s legacy in building thriving practices and expanding mental health access has made her a leader in the field. She actively mentors mental health professionals, helping them overcome challenges and establish successful practices, all while promoting social progress within the healthcare system.
