Steve Monte, LCSW, is the founder of Rock Life Counseling and a dedicated advocate for reshaping the traditional counseling model to better serve clients' needs. With over a decade of experience managing and directing counseling programs, Steve has developed a passion for solving issues related to adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and parenting. His unique approach stems from both personal and professional experience, particularly in treating anxiety disorders.

Steve’s background includes years of teaching graduate students, researching best practices, and writing peer-reviewed papers. He specializes in innovative healthcare program design and management, with a focus on integrating behavioral health into broader healthcare settings. As a member of the National Alliance of Mental Health Providers (NAMHP) leadership team, Steve is committed to leveraging his expertise to advocate for value-based care models, digital health solutions, and the integration of mental health services in complex care systems.
