Terms of Use for NAMHP Member Portal

Welcome to the National Alliance of Mental Health Providers (NAMHP) Member Portal. By accessing and using this member space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all members and users of the NAMHP portal. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the member portal of NAMHP, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the portal. The organization reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

This portal is intended for use by registered members of NAMHP. You must be a current member in good standing to access the portal.

3.  Confidentiality

As a professional organization, NAMHP values the privacy and confidentiality of its members. By using this portal, you agree to keep all discussions, documents, and shared information within the member space confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Information shared by other members in forums, chats, or private messages.

  • Proprietary documents, tools, or resources provided by NAMHP or its affiliates.

  • Discussions related to NAMHP’s advocacy strategies, organizational developments, or future plans.

You agree not to share or distribute any content or information from this portal outside of the membership without explicit written consent from NAMHP or the individual member concerned.

NAMHP may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and services to enhance the member experience and optimize portal functionality. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Automating certain administrative processes such as scheduling, communications, and content management.

The content provided on the NAMHP Member Portal is for the exclusive use of its members for professional development, networking, and collaboration. You may not use this portal for:
